 Importance of Self-defense
All the time we read about thefts, mugging, robbery, rapes and murder in the Newspapers and on the internet; the same is flashed in the television as well. As we live in a society where crime is rife, we cannot afford to get out of our house unprotected. However it is just not enough to know the importance of self-defense, we also should do something about it so that we can protect ourselves in times of danger.
All of us do not undergo any formal training in self-defense techniques such as Karate, Kung-fu, Boxing or any such martial arts programs to defend ourselves. So we are forced to rely self-defense products such as pepper sprays, stun guns, tazers, batons, etc. These self-defense products give us the required protection and extra power to defend ourselves from those who try to hurt us. Unfortunately, we may not be always having these things handy or at times such unfortunate events may happen even before we acquire these personal safety products.
